Refugees in Schools provides refugees a hopeful future through education, training, and support.

RIS student Luul has lived in a refugee camp her whole life. Determined to make it better for the next generation of young girls like her she is working towards a degree in Nutrition and doing her clinical internship at one of Kenya’s best hospitals.

Luul is one of 10 children in her family and the first to go to college!

Refugees In Schools has partnered with community-based Windle International Kenya and the very best technical colleges in Kenya to provide the highest standard of vocational education to our refugee scholars. Windle has staff based in Nairobi, Dadaab, and Kakuma refugee camps.
