“Refugees are mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, children, with the same hopes and ambitions as us—except that a twist of fate has bound their lives to a global refugee crisis on an unprecedented scale.”
Khaled Hosseini
We raise awareness and funding to support refugee scholarships in Kenya. We focus our support on the students who are most overlooked by existing scholarship programs.

If this sounds like you, we hope you will consider this opportunity and apply!
We are currently recruiting our cohort of Refugee Leaders to start their own Refugees In Schools high school chapters.
Refugees In Schools partners with community-based organizations around the world. Right now, we partner with Windle International Kenya and the very best technical colleges in Kenya to provide the highest standard of vocational education to our refugee scholars. Windle has staff based in Nairobi, Dadaab, and Kakuma refugee camps. Our current cohort of scholars attend Thika School of Medical and Health Sciences and Daystar University.
